Great location opposite the train station with easy access to trams. Modern and well-appointed rooms with a comfortable bed and complimentary drinks. Friendly and approachable reception staff who greet guests by name. Thoughtful touches like blackout shutters and LED sensors under the bed. A lovely stay, would gladly return.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us. Another great aspect was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated near the train station and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast provided was decent, ensuring that we started our day off right with a good meal.
That the room was quite hot, especially during the heatwave we experienced. the hotel did provide a fan to help alleviate the discomfort.

This hotel is in a prime location, right in front of the main train station. It's so convenient, especially if you arrive by train. There are also plenty of tram stops nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there's a wide selection of restaurants just a few steps away, including well-known chains. You won't go hungry here!

We liked this staying. Everything was nice, OUTSTANDING staff, best possible location really close to train station and anywhere in Geneva and many restaurants. There was plenty of food, in general it was good.

This hotel has a great location, being close to the train station and in the heart of the city. The rooms are cozy and clean with friendly, multilingual staff. Breakfast is of good quality and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.
Some guests have mentioned the hotel looking dated and being a bit noisy, with rooms facing the street.

I loved the location of the hotel; it was right opposite the train station and a stone's throw from Lake Geneva. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Despite the busy street outside, the room was relatively quiet, and I managed to get a good night's sleep! I'll recommend this hotel.
